Booking Terms and Conditions  Prices on the following dates, 24th December to 27th December and 31st December to 2nd January will be charged at 100% higher than normal prices quoted on our web pages)  Customer accepts the terms and conditions on reservation by telephone or online and the service is in accordance with any quotation or offered at that time.  The service provider has the right to make any changes in the specifications of the service with respect to safety or other statutory or regulatory requirements.  Changes to the conditions or requirements will not be binding unless agreed in writing by email. Telephone or between the service provider and client.  If we pick up from a UK address the driver will wait up and 10 minutes after the time the booking was made for. If we are unable to make contact with passenger (ringing the doorbell and calling the contact number) we will pull the driver away and passenger will be responsible for the full cost. At the airport the driver will go in 30 minutes after international flights and 20 minutes after European flights (unless the passenger has 40 minutes waiting time for free thereafter. If the passenger fails to make contact the driver he will put a call out for the passenger. If the passenger fails to show 30 minutes thereafter we will pull driver away and the passenger will be liable for the full cost.  If the passenger has been waiting at the information desk of the airport and fails to make contact with the driver, the passenger should call the company so as to arrange how to meet. Passenger should not just leave the airport without letting the company knows as this will be regarded as a `no show`.  Fares quoted are at flat rates and any diversions made by the client will incur a charge depending on the distance.  Fares quoted without booking will have a validity of 24 hours. Airports runner reserve the right to alter any prices without prior notification however any quote/booking confirmed by airports runner will remain binding.  Airports runner will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to luggage. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their luggage is loaded/unloaded ad all times, if accompanying the luggage on the journey.  Airport runners have the right to refuse any client to make the journey due to excess luggage as this is would result in the vehicle being unsafe whilst in motion.  Vehicles are booked on client request suiting the luggage limitations and vehicles available.  FREE waiting time.(45minutes free waiting time from flight landing then start charging £2.50 for every 5minutes)  All our vehicles are non- smoking.  Airport Pickup London happy to pay %30 of taxi price of APL`s if cannot provide car for customers transfer time.  Airport Pickup London is not accepting late bookings online (within 2 hours of transfer time) Also Airport Runner(APL) has got right to try contact with customer any time of the day to confirm anything about booking.Airport Pickup London has got right to ask customer pay in advance amount of journey price.  Advance booking is always recommended.  There is going to be a charge of £7 on only airport pick up services for car parking and this is going to be exclusive of your booking fee.  Airport runners will charge a fee of £100 for any damage of their vehicle made by customer (e.g. vomiting)  PLreserves the right to above charges: • 25% cancellation charge if cancellation made more than 24 hours before delivery time; • 50% cancellation charge if cancellation made between 12 and 24 hours before delivery time; • 100% cancellation charge if cancellation made within 12 hours of delivery time  Although vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party under British Law, Customer`s properties are entirely at their own risk and the Company shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.  APL cannot be held responsible for any loss financial, professional, missed connection times, flights, trains, due to the Taxi not arriving at the pick-up address at the boked time.  APL cannot be held responsible for any missed connections i.e...flights, trains, boats due to adverse weather, traffic conditions, or road traffic accidents or road closures.  Without prior notice APL Taxi Service the right to amend, change, delete or add these terms and conditions whenever necessary. *ROAD EXPRESS ONLY THE NAME OF THE ONLINE BOOKING WEBSITE FOR THE AIRPORT PICKUP LONDON.
